my omnia don't wake after sleep!! help needed

After my phone go sleep it don't wake up and only soft reset help i have custom rom DTHJ6/M2D02, but this is not rom fault long time it was working fine.

Just one question: did you leave it charging during the night? Was the charging led red or green? In my case it was red, as if it was not fully charged (and it is impossible).

yesterday my battery was fully discharge, after i switch it to charger it does not start charging i need to soft reset it.
