Guest pinky Posted November 12, 2008 Report Posted November 12, 2008 Aloha B) Don't know if this has been asked yet and this is my first post so please bear with me. I just ordered my HTC Touch Pro w/ a data plan only on AT&T but currently have T-mobile as my voice & data carrier. I live in Hawaii where T-mobile has not yet rolled out their 3G network, but AT&T has. My question is whether I would be able to use my T-mobile voice plan and AT&T's data plan on a single unlocked Touch Pro? Does AT&T require a SIM card for their data plan only accounts? If yes, then I'm assuming the answer is NO since T-mobile requires a SIM for their phones. Any answer/advice is greatly appreciated. Mahalo!
Guest Hurgle Durgle Posted December 7, 2008 Report Posted December 7, 2008 Yes, the data plan is bound to the sim card you use, so you'd have to swap them out to switch between T-Mobile and AT&T.
