CookROM: How to remove SecContact ???

to remove seccontact, i was:

1. Delete all part related to Seccontact in initflashfiles.dat

2. Delete all file related to Seccontact in \OEMApps which are listed in the part i've deleted in initflashfiles.dat

But there was a problem:

When i press the contact icon in Phonepad, it's link to Seccontact.exe so the error message appear.

How can i modify this link?
