What is an ic/pa/filter?

After getting my Omnia back from repair, the repair sheet says it has had a replaced ic/pa/filter and mainboard. What is that ic/pa/filter for?

And I think PA is short for Phone Antenna.

Mainboard is the whole phone board I guess.
