Guest Stephan_King Posted November 19, 2008 Report Posted November 19, 2008 Hey, Anyone experiencing the same problem as me whereby, randomly, the bluetooth hardware will disappear. A reset fixes it for a while then it goes again? Cheers Stephan.
Guest Meen Posted November 19, 2008 Report Posted November 19, 2008 I use DXHI3 ROM and don't have such problem. What's your ROM version?
Guest capriles_smith Posted November 20, 2008 Report Posted November 20, 2008 Hey, Anyone experiencing the same problem as me whereby, randomly, the bluetooth hardware will disappear. Guest saznpins Posted November 20, 2008 Report Posted November 20, 2008 This happens to me as well, and it does not seem to matter which ROM I have installed as I have had this problem across all of the ones I have tried (10 or so). When I first connect my Motorola or Plantronics BT headset it works fine, but if I turn off the headset (leaving BT "ON" on the Omnia) when I go to reconnect the headset the Omnia does not see it. A soft reset gets the Omnia to recognize the headset again. Just another little bug that Samsung will hopefully fix someday I suppose B)
Guest Stephan_King Posted December 8, 2008 Report Posted December 8, 2008 Just another little bug that Samsung will hopefully fix someday I suppose B) Hey, I am reading this problem more and more in different threads. How many people are having this problem and has anyone sent their phone back to be repaired. Is it hardware or is it a software "bug". Any advice if I should send my phone back under warranty or not would be appreciated. Stephan.
