Guest ozjosh21 Posted November 20, 2008 Report Posted November 20, 2008 Hi there, Im new to this forum, i just found it while researching help for my Omnia so please excuse me if i havent put this in the right place. I have a 16GB Samsung Omnia from Singapore. Everything was working fine until last night when my phone froze while downloading a large email. I did the usual soft reset and now the phone wont go past the initial 'Samsung Omnia' startup screen. Im not very tech-savvy, but ive tried doing the stylus in reset button and holding down Send and End, however that has failed to work. Is there anyone that can help with this problem? As i live in Australia sending my phone back to Singapore is quite a challenge. Will be forever greatful if someone could offer some assistance. Thanks heaps, Josh

Guest ozjosh21 Posted July 17, 2009 Report Posted July 17, 2009 Unfortunately havent been able to fix it yet.. Is anyone able to shed some information on what we should do please?
Guest domen Posted July 17, 2009 Report Posted July 17, 2009 i think that the only way to revive your phone is hard reset it will reset the phone memory but not the memory cards the phone must be turned off 1. press and hold on/off button, then release it 2. immediately after releasing you must press both send and end 3. hold until you get the message on the screen and press reset (then wait)
