i900 and DVB-H???

Hi all,

I just stumbled upon this clip on Youtube showing a DVB-H broadcast on the Omnia working flawlessly.

My question ofcourse is HOW did they do this and can I somehow activate it as well?

Now I'm not sure if this is a fake, but it seems a legit broadcast on the portugese tv, perhaps someone can understand this and translate what is being said?

I don't think it is actually DVTB - looks like they are just streaming TV content. He definitely opens streaming player half way though the clip. Though I don't speak Portugese so its difficult to tell for sure.

hi - just to advise that you were correct in assuming he started the streaming player. basically they discussed the availability of tv viewing on the Samsung via DVBH within a year to a year and a half. the only concern to date would be the overall cost to the consumer on availability of one or multiple channels, which they currently estimate at a huge cost but also something they would need to further review and negotiate. This would appear to be the only current set back against current markets.

Is The Samsung Omnia SGH-I900 equipped with DVB-H reception hardware?

Apparently NOT! Cause Samsung got no benefit in hiding that from us.

B) it is ony data stream in 3g. it is provided by a local phone company if you take their i900
