Running programs to the taskbar

Hello!

Lately i have noticed alot of pictures of Omnia desktops where people has all their running programs in the top taskbar, same style as Windows XP/Vista. So im wondering if somebody knows how its possible to make it work like that (Some program, setting, or what?)..  B) Or are those somekind of short-cuts?
