what types of video can be played in experia x1?divx?

By default, only WMV, 3GPP, MP4 (Not the same as Xvid/DivX MP4)

For DivX/XVid/x264:

CorePlayer is the best player in my opinion. Plays DVD Quality DivX/XVid Perfectly even on my old TyTN. Costs $30

The Free Alternative is The Core Pocket Media Player

DivX have there own player as well but I've never been able to get that to decode a video at a acceptable frame-rate.

core player doesn't support the xperia processor for the moment so the frame rate is poor.

they say that the version 2 of the software will fully support qualcomm procesor
