Backlight Probelm

Hi everybody.

Now it is something wrong with my omnia. I hope someone could help me.

I installed the SPB SHELL the day before yesterday. Finally, I uninstalled that as I donot like that function. Then the nightmare was coming, after I used several times GPS program, the keeped the omnia in the standby mode. at evening, when I turn on my omnia, I found out the backlight is in a very low light level (indeed, I could not see anything in the day). The backlight donot change even I turned the setting. But I found out just one thing was working, WKTASK could help me turn it up.

So I went to the maintenance shop yesterday, the guy help me to upgrade the system to J1, but the light still dark. Then he told me that this problem is not the hardware issue, beacuse I can turn it by any software. But he has no idea to fix this problem.

Anyone has this problem else? And how did you fix it.

Update~~I went to the Samsung service center and asked them to detect my I900. They checked my I900 all around, but nothing wrong found out.

Sometime things like this happens to the PDAs, and the single available fix is... hard reset!

Sometime things like this happens to the PDAs, and the single available fix is... hard reset!

But I had hard reset and flash a new good time and times again.
