Sky Anytime Mobile on Omnia

Has anyone managed to get Sky Anytime Mobile working on the Omnia? I used to have a Vario II and used the app downloaded from post 15 in this thread:

It worked fine on the Vario II as I had softkeys that controlled the Sky Anytime Login and Exit actions. However, I'm a bit stumped on the softkey-less Omnia, since the Sky Anytime app fills the whole screen.

I've got another Java app installed from www.mysnookerstats.com, which doesn't fill the full screen and I can use the softkeys by touching them at bottom of my Omnia screen.

I've got a few ideas how one might get Sky Anytime to work on the Omnia:

1. A different version of the Sky Anytime app - has anyone tried a different version that is non-fullscreen and can post a link?

2. Is there any way to force the Sky Anytime app not to display in full screen in the Omnia default "Java Games and Apps"?

3. Is there any way to force non-fullscreen in a different MIDlet manager?

4. A custom keyboard with mappings to whichever keyCode the Sky Anytime app is expecting - does anyone know which keyCode represent the soft keys?
