I900L - Secany? Anyone?

I would be Willing to try this on my omnia if it were available.

Has anyone seen one?

Another question. Are there parts of the I907 Roms that can be used on the I900? These are the Blackjack III on ATT and they support the 3G bands. They seem to support the same ROM format as the I780 Kitchen was used a while ago to create I900 ROMs

I would definitely donate for this cause.

i have (in my work) the I900-L for testings..

it's had all UMTS/WCDMA bands and all GSM bands..

i don't think the ROM will change the bands on our regular I900 omnia phones..

on our I900L we have this version

PDA: i900LJJHK1/JJHK1

PHONE: i900LJJHK1

i'm not sure i'll have a way to Rip out the Rom from this phone.. but i hope i'll be able after they will finish "wroking" with it all the time! B)

If you can get the phone for 15 minutes, you can insert a MicroSD card with the folder 2577 and in it buzz_lightyear's stealth rom dumper (attached) renamed as autorun.exe

(more instructions are at the link if you'd like)

1. Extract the file grab_it_128_150.exe.zip

2. Save it to a folder on your microSD card named 2577

3. Rename it autorun.exe (if doing this on the device, just extract it as autorun. The .exe will be preserved)

4. Insert it into the i900L put the battery in again and voila -

5. Look for a red progress line as the ROM is dumped

6. Take the MicroSD card out & get us the *.bin file

Yayyy!! Give yourself a high 5, i.e. clap.
