Mda III NEW LCD SCREEN PROBLEM

I have just change my broken screen. But I switch it on, thought the screen lightsup, nothing appears on the screen abd after a couple of seconds, I will heaf the beeb to align the screen. Any help please SOS

Take the phone apart again and check all connections, sounds like it's not been put back together correctly.
