Guest bluey09 Posted November 22, 2008 Report Posted November 22, 2008 Can we change the font colours as well ???
Guest anthon_da_great Posted November 22, 2008 Report Posted November 22, 2008 to make it work on your omnia as instructed by the original author... (1) copy the exe file anywhere on your device, ideally on my storage for it not to consume your phone memory. ( e.g. \My Storage\Program Files\ChangeFont ) (2) create a Font folder on your My Storage ( i.e. \My Storage\Fonts) (3) copy all the fonts you desire on this folder, as you may select the font you desire later. (3) then run the application, set the normal and bold fonts. Then apply. (note: you might encounter some error, a "fail-and-retry" message while changing original fonts. If so you must retry the first time and then cancel the second. It will prompt to soft-reset. After that you get your wm with new fonts. enjoy changing your fonts now..credits are all to "g77" of xda-developers.com.
Guest iasonasfng Posted November 24, 2008 Report Posted November 24, 2008 Changing fonts works fine in all menus & buttons. BUT! not all fonts are same size so, in some cases, text goes off-screen and is no longer visible. Some actually work so keep experimenting!
Guest Frankish Posted November 24, 2008 Report Posted November 24, 2008 Can we change the font colours as well ??? I'd like to know this too.
Guest iasonasfng Posted November 24, 2008 Report Posted November 24, 2008 I'd like to know this too. As far as I could tell there is no such option. Just selecting Normal and Bold fonts. I dont know if this can be done by hacking the .ttf files and changing the colour before loading it on the phone. If someone knows if this is possible plz let us know.
