problem with touch screen

hi guys i have problem with my omnia

night before i sleep i still can use my omnia,i put it on table

in the morning i see my omnia light is run but no one touch it, and when i see the screen i can.t tap or touch the screen nothing happen, but the button still ok because i unlocked my omnie with end call and its ok

after that i do hard reset, after the hard reset done i still can't tap the win mob 6.1 screen B)

after that i flash back my rom to dxhh1(becasue i buy i got this version) and its success

but im still can;t tap the screen

is it hardware problem?

i need your advice
