Message (E-mail) in Main Menu

Is there a way to make the Message (E-mail) button in the Main Menu open the account picker instead of opening the SMS/MMS application?

I use the Widget and the Main Menu alot, actually this is only what I use, I never use the Start Menu or any other launcher, so it will really make my life easier to have that changed to what it actually means!

Any help would be really appreciated, thanks in advance.

If you set your today's page like this, then you will have all link of any mail account. Just click on each you will go straight to the desired account including sms/mms (written as: messaging)

Thanks for replying but this is not what I meant, I use the Main Menu, and from there I click on Message (E-mail), I thought it is supposed to open the email account picker, however it opens directly to the SMS/MMS application.

Is there a way to change that behavior?
