Flash from ZHHJ2 to DXHJ1 hung

Hi, I am new to here. I am sure this must have been asked before.

I have phone with i908zhhj2 ROM, but would like to change it to English ROM instead. I tried to flash to DXHJ1 but it will just hang at "EBOOT Downloading" and does nothing. I need to take out battery and reset the phone and it is ok, just cannot flash the rom.

What is the correct way to do it?

I searched and someone mentioned that I have to downgrade to i908zhhg1 first, then flash to i900dxxh* then i900dxhj1. Is this the case?

If so please advise where I can download i908zhhg1?

How did you do it? I have my omnia ROM in Spanish and want to change it to the latest UK Official English ROM.

I followed step 1 in the following link (text in chinese)

to flash downwards to DXHG3 and then went from there to DXHK1.

Not sure if this will work for Spanish ROM to UK ROM though.
