Automatic correction/xt9 stop to work

Hi All,

It happens often that I loose the auto complete and other XT9 functions of the keyboards...

Does anybody know how to fix this? I am only able now to enter letter by letter even if in the options are autocomplete and XT9 checked..

Please help as this is impacting my daily usage of SMS/email ...
