Guest dash_in_ca Posted November 23, 2008 Report Posted November 23, 2008 I used to like the long press call end key to disconnect GPRS on the HTC phones. Wondering if any one has implemented the hack on the BJ II. ? In short I'm looking for a one key solution to disconnect Media net. Thanks

In the registry HKLM/Comm/ConnMgr/Planner/Settings CacheTime - Default is 60 -This is the timeout value for disconnect of GPRS SuspendResume = ~GPRS! - This is default value (means always on). Change this to GPRS_bye_if_device_off Once you change the SuspendResume to GPRS_bye_if_device_off and restart the phone, The end key now disconnect Media Net

Also, if I hold down the End key for extended period of time while in the Home screen, that only locks the phone. So, you're saying that it works for you because your BJII does not have a phone lock or it can only be used when I'm not in the Home screen? Thanks for the tip! Edited November 27, 2008 by konker
