iconsoft phonex loosing contacts

i was playing with Spam alert and al of a sudden most of my simcontacts were gone

first i thought it was my mistake so i entered everything again but this time in phonecontacts instead of the simcard.

synced with pc and everything looked fine

then while i was edditing another entry al of a sudden i see my contacts disappearing(eg you see 30 contacts and the the amount of lines are getting less and less)

at the moment of editing the phone was connected through activesync

so either something on my pc is deleting entries(but i had th same with simcontacts which wee not synched)

or something on my phone is interferring.

i noticed that Spam alert has a setting called Spam alert contact manager

do not know what it is but maybee Spam alert is competing with pi8 or the standard database and therefor deleting entries

has anybody experienced the same?

for now i deinstalled Spam alert to see if my contacts are stable.

please note this is not happening while synching but way afteer it is finished synching.

I am using Spam alert for a long time and never had such problem, probably it's issue of another app..

I think you should send message to Iconsoft support service, for sure they will fix it!
