Help: How to Connect Omnia to Laptop for Internet Access

Hey everyone,

Just like to know if it is possible to connect my Omnia to my Inspiron Mini 9 laptop? If it is, please would someone mind informing me how to do this? The laptop has Bluetooth and I also have the USB cable for the Omnia if it helps.

connect the usb cable and in the phone go to programs and shared connection(or something similar i have it in italian) will work immediately. be sure that the phone si connected with activesync and not as mass sotrage!

1. make sure you have set your omnia with the proper network operator

2. goto Start->Programs->Internet Connection Sharing

3. connect to your preset internet

4. plug omnia to USB port on computer

5. once connected, you can now start browsing the internet, email, etc. Activesync will be disabled automatically
