Omnia Screen Problems

This morning when I tried to unlock the phone to disable the alarm, the touch screen was not working.

To cut it chort, after various restarts, the touchscreen is not working and I can only use my Omnia with the finger mouse. Sometimes, it's like I notice that the lower right corner is continously being pressed but cannot replicate problem.

Does anyone have any clues if this is a small thing and how I can fix it please. Hope there is no neef to throw it away B)

Well... it is difficult to be 100% sure but it seems more a HW problem since the finger mouse is working fine!

I tried to realign screen but nada... no response!

How about you hard reset your I900? I think you need to try.

If that still not respond, it should be HW problem mostly.

That is someting I thought of but I need to back up all the data. Right now I am looking how to backup my contacts. Rest seems to be backed.

After a hard reset, the samsung got jammed on the green screen asking to be tabbed to align it. Seems HW!
