I accidentally format my 16gb internal storage

how could i recover them, I had lots of programs,files in it

I am sorry to hear this.

Someone can correct me if I am wrong, but as far as I know a format means a wipe clean, and unless you have backed your data up, I don't think there is a way to recover it.

there must be a recovery or undelete program like the ones in our pc s.

For delete it should be possible. For format I know there are unformatting programs available on PC (thought I don't have in hand myself) but I don't know for WM.

I think that you should try unformatting tools on PC by setting the SD card as a mass storage.

i could partly recover the files,

files with big sizes such as movies couldnt be recovered

so now is the time to install a backup program

don't think about it DO IT or next time it will be the same story

resco backup is good and has a very small footprint.

i had the same problem, backuped everything EXCEPT my simcard

guess what, everything gone without having the slightest idea how it happened.

now everything is in memory with multiple backups
