Guest StuNguN Posted April 7, 2009 Report Share Posted April 7, 2009 To get the phone into hard boot mode you have to push and hold the two bottom keys of the Omnia then press the reset button with the stylus. Guest necosino Posted April 7, 2009 Report Share Posted April 7, 2009 I think some people are just getting frustrated since we are used to having step-by-step instructions to make something work when others are having (some) success. I won't be home until tomorrow, but I have Windows 7, Vista, and XP. I'm going to focus on 7/Vista to see if I can't get it to work first, then if I don't have any success I'll move to XP. Then again, someone else may very well have gotten it to work before I even get to testing B) I would try doing the standard hard reset buttons after the phone goes to reset. DO NOT DISCONNECT THE PHONE FROM THE USB. When it turns off, hold to two front buttons like you normally would to do a hard reset.
