Hello,

Input methods are declared in registry keys like this :

HKCR\CLSID\{GUID}\IsSIPInputMethod

If the default value is 1, the input method is available, if 0 it will not appear.

You should not have to soft reset after modification.

Just beware not to disable every input method at once...

......how can I find out GUIDs for each input method ?

SK-Tools lets you remove sips from active list and also lets you change the default one that pops up.

Well, on top of using SK Tools...

There is a freeware called G4 SIP Tweak.cab

Basically,

- Hide the unused SIPs..

- Set default SIP for startup

Enjoy...Cheers B)
