I want to ask if someone has a media player on his omnia like the iphone one... as the windows media player isn't very nice near the iphone media player and is also more touch friendly. Anyone has a similar type of media player?

There are two different ways you can choose. Either you download S2P and install this on your Omnia or you take my iPhone WMP skin.

i agree, windows media player mobile is horrible.

look up slide2play, its very good and looks just like the iphone mp3 player.

Thanks for the links B) I installed S2P now and I'm seeing that it is a bit slow when changing from one song to another in landscape mode. But I haven't had many time to try it well.

You're lucky, I can't even get S2P to work on my Omnia.

So i take it S2P doesn't automatically catagorise the artist, albums, genre etc ala Touchplayer?

whats the problem to get it working? B) The only thing not working perfecitly is the volume bar under the play, back and next buttons. As it don't always move B) maybe i figure out why later

No, it doesn't. But you have a nice album overview like the iPod uses. You'll get it when you double tab the song title. And you go back to the playback view when you double tab the song title on the bottom while you're in the album overview.

Version 0.55 doesnt work on the omnia. Try version 0.50 it works fine, i use it all the time.

Sorry mate you're wrong. I use version 0.55 of S2P successfully. I can use all funktions without landscape mode but this I don't need. Try it again.

Okay, i figured it out now.

you are right version 0.55 does work on the omnia, BUT it will not work if you have bluetooth enabled when you launch the application.

I have to make sure i got to communciations manager, then turn off bluetooth and then launch s2p. Its kind of annoying but worth it because s2p is simply the best mp3 application out there.
