Does anyone know how to get it to work it hasnt been working for me.

main thing is that both parties have a 3g connection at the moment you try to video-dial.

i did not need to install any other software or configure anything, it worked instantly...

No- videocalling needs a 3G signal, even though Edge can sometimes be faster.

The difference is that with GSM/Edge, the transmission system doesn't allow simultaneous use of voice and data traffic; this is only possible over 3G. The video part of the call needs a simultaneous data stream.

Also do not forget that both your operator and the operator of person you are calling(if it were another) must have a 3G agreement.

In my country we have 3 operators:

1. STC AL Jawal

2. Mobily

3. Zain

Video calling and MMS here only works within the same operator.

Damn I am in the US so I am unable to get 3G bands. Guess I have to wait till someone unlocks the band for the US

im using a mobily simcard and im not able to make video calls from my omnia i am getting 3G signals on both phones the other phone is nokia e71, i used to make 3G calls previously but im not able to do so with omnia can u please help me regarding this problem
