Whats the lowest cost of total ownership?

Hi there,

Think I have decided to go for one of these, my omnia went back (the GPS and wifi performance was not acceptable) and this phone just seems to be the better bet than the X1.

Does anyody know the cheapest way (total ownership) to get one at the moment? Any method is fine contract, sim free etc.
