[HELP!!]Omnia stuck

hi i really hope someone can help me out

my omnia recently got stuck on the samsung omnia screen

everytime i power it down and then turn it on it got stuck on that screen

then i have to wait and play with the reset button and leave it for like an hour before it can starts normally

i dont have any progs installed

using the dxhg3 firmware..

oh can anyone tell me how to upgrade the firmware??
