Guest medellinrob Posted December 1, 2008 Report Posted December 1, 2008 Hello. By dialing *#0*# you can see the test screen and the "coordinates" the accelerometer 'reads'. When I place it on a flat surface it reads X = -8 Y = 9 Z = don't care but seems ok when I put it vertical Is there a way to recalibrate X and Y? I know in HTC diamond there is a way. Regards.

Yours is better than mine anyway: X = -24 Y = 10 Edited December 1, 2008 by cici
Guest smoothcrooner Posted December 1, 2008 Report Posted December 1, 2008 (edited) Yours is better than mine anyway: X = -24 Y = 10 Since I put in the code, my accelerometer has gone slightly none responsive, even after a soft reset, is there something I should be doing after inputting *#0*#? No, it automatically starts to slighty change the values around the basic one, let's say, 8, 9, 10, maybe 11 for Y, that why I'm putting 9 for Y. If you raise any Omnia's side even with 1mm, the X, Y values will change. Edited December 1, 2008 by cici
