ATT BJ II WM 6.1 - Want to Clean Up the Install

Searched, but maybe my search terms are just off.

Can I be directed to a discussion or post of what junk I can delete off this fresh install of WM 6.1.

i.e. I'd like to have a 'safe' list of the att branding and other useless files I can delete without causing problems to the phone.
