Guys sry for troubling u all but i need help.

Recently i have installed m2d04 rom into my omnia.. but now i want change back to hj1 rom. What should i do??

I tried installing it but when i am at the updater program on my pc, when i verify device it say incorrect software version.. i looked in the forums for help but i cant seem to find any that work.. so i hope any of you can like help me through this updating.. anybody?? please??
