Problem with main menu program tab

After uninstalling SPB Mobile Shell. I have been left with a second menu screen when i press the side menu button which is a good thing

However when i click on the program button I get this menu rather than the normal menu system

Any idea how I can make this back to the normal program screen which actually still works with i click start and programs?
