Removing vodafone branding (back to official samsung)

Hi,

I have a vodafone omnia but am using an o2 simcard.

Ideally I would like to get rid of all the vodafone branding and get back all the things they have removed.

I am new to flashing. The only thing that I have done is use the samsung official upgrader on their website to get the latest version but it is still vodafone.

Is there a way I can get from my current version to the current official unbranded samsung version without any of the vodafone changes?

I asked about this at the vodafone store earlier today and the guy said that if I do a "factory reset" it should return to the samsung version. Is this true? If so how do I do a factory reset?

My current version is:

PDA: i900XXHJ6/ACHJ2

PHONE: i900BUHJ1

If anyone has a simple way of sorting this I would be very grateful.
