Syncing omnia after updating firmware

Hi all.

I have just updated my omnia firrmware on the samsung website. Now when I plug it into the pc, the existing sync settings are gone. I was wondering how i import to the phone my contacts and calander from outlook.

Is it possible to get the old sync settings back?

UPDATE. I seem to have managed it. Dunno how though!
