Camera really slow when low light

Hello,

i curently have XKHJ3 rom with XXHH9 phone rom

i noticed that when the camera has low light(like inside) it really is slow when moving the camera around.

it has a great flash but somehow photos are blurred/moved fast because it is so slow

very strange because the idea of a flash i just to give you a fast shuttertime but it lookes like the shuttertime is still slow

outside no problems
