How to increase the text size in e-mail and Text message?

Dear friends,

As age is catching up, I find problem in reading the small text in the email and SMS in my PDA-phone. I have increase my text size to maximum in the setting, but is stil too small, especially if one spend long time in answring th email. I was told I can further increase the text size and also the font by playing with th tweak. Can anyone help me?
