its not really the first thing you see is s2u2 an application that looks like the unlocking from the iphone

the second is the default widgets the third screen is known as htc home and is available with a little research the volume changer is a new feature of s2u2

I am not sure that this set up is too my tastes - it looks a little cramped with dramatically different ways of navigating depending on which part of the device you are in. I prefer a cleaner set up.

But if you wanted to completely simulate the set up, besides those already mentioned, you would need: Second today (to allow you to have both HTC Home and Widgets operating) - its freeware (http://www.freewarepocketpc.net/ppc-download-secondtoday.html) . The next thing would be SPB Diary - wich gives you all the information below HTC home (diary, contacts etc) - it isn't freeware.

The last thing demo'ed on the clip was the HTC Action screen. Its the black screen that pops up after he clicks the left soft key. It is a really cool program as it is a quick link to all those handy functions (wifi toggle, new email). I have been using a nine button variant for a while and it works beautifully if you map it to the programs hard key. (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=422703)
