Guest michaelgr2 Posted December 9, 2008 Report Posted December 9, 2008 Hello, I have a battery problem in my Omnia. Even if i charge it all the night and turn off the bluetooth and WIFI and even the 3G and even the screen, the battery goes down to one line (battery indicator) after couple of hours (about 7 hours). I know it doesn't have to be like that. WHat can be the problem? By the way my Rom version is DXHI3

Other areas: What other programs do you have installed? I would check the task manager and see if there any programs chewing up your CPU in the background - that could cause a battery drain. Is it a battery fault? I am guess that you have upgraded your ROM and the problem didn't exist before you upgraded - so your battery is probably OK.Are you chargin with the charger or via the USB? There has been some complaints about USB charging - so wall charger is a better approach. If its none of these then you might try re-flashing your device to another ROM (DXHK1 is very very good on battery). Mine has just dropped to 90% after 10 hours (with light usage today) Michael
Guest michaelgr2 Posted December 9, 2008 Report Posted December 9, 2008 answers: 1. I don't have programs running in the task manager. I am always closing them. 2. The problem was with the old ROM too 3. I am charging with the charger and the USB too. But most of the time with the charger.

Guest michaelgr2 Posted December 9, 2008 Report Posted December 9, 2008 ahh. I am sorry i wasn't on this before. Is there an official HK1 rom or it is custom? Because i don't want to install the custom one. If there is an official where i can find it- it searched in many sites but didn't find
