I Forgot my password

I have a t-mobile dash and i forgot my password.

is there anyway to unlock my phone without doing a master reset? I have very important numbers saved and i don't want to loose them.

(Its my phone thats locked not my sim)

The whole point of phone security is that it is designed to prevent people accessing sensitive information if a PW is set.

The only way to get over a 'lost' password is a hard reset, but that will, of course erase everything on the phone. Did you not sync your improtant data with the PC?

Think about it! What would be the point of having a password set if someone else could get to your data without knowing the password?
