Adress Book Groups?

Any ideas how to create a group and get mass contacts without selecting one by one to add to the group.

On my old Nokia it was so easy but on the omnia it seems impossible to do it with easy unless im doing somthing clearly wrong?

Pls can sum 1 tell me how can i simply create a group for around 80 odd contacts and easily add them to it?
