Ultralingua dictionary

What does this mean? I got this phone from a friend and it had 6.0 on it. I tried everything on 6.0, gps unlock, sda unlock, nodata.

I upgraded to 6.1 today and did all the same again. This time I got nodata to work.

When I try to use ultralingua it still says fail to create document. Any ideas?

I just installed .NET for terracrosser, if anything it didnt help with ultralingua
