Software to edit MP4, recorded by Omnia ?

it is frustrated that recorded movies by Omnia cannot edit by Omnia video editor.. other softwares .. usually can edit.... either out of sync sound/export avi.. none were able to edit perfectly with MP4 container (x264/AAC?)............... I try vegas pro, neo etc.. non works.. any help appreciated.
