Guest skcl Posted December 14, 2008 Report Posted December 14, 2008 Hi. Im facing a problem here. I wanted to install some software in my phone. I know that im suspose to install it under "Storage Card" Folder. But when start up my phone, the folder just disappeared.Thus , i went under "settings" > System . and look under storage card. It shows that the storage card not installed. Please Help.

It shows that the storage card not installed. Please Help. Check in "Settings, Connections, USB Connectioin"... Did you change this to Mass Storage? When this is selected, your storage card will not show up in your file explorer. If you switch it to ActiveSync, it will reappear. Hope this Helps! I found this out after I scared myself earlier. Guest simoniel Posted December 14, 2008 Report Posted December 14, 2008 try hard reseting the phone, but not via hardware buttons but trough the settings-system-hard reset then choose clear memory option. it worked for me when i had this problem. good luck
Guest proimageprints Posted December 14, 2008 Report Posted December 14, 2008 Have you tried searching for the Storage card through Windows file explorer from your computer while connected through activesync? I know the hard reset solution is usually the last resort option for me, as I hate having to reinstall all of my software. If you already did the hard reset, did this work?
