Omnia programs help needed!

I have a samsung omnia with win mobile 6.1

How do i put the programs i can download from here onto my omnia?

you can install Active sync 4.5 from the disc that came with the phone. then click the setup and it will work with active sync to install on your phone , or move the .cab file to your phone and run it there. you can use a usb cable or bluetooth to do it.
