NEW ROM Update From Samsung

Have anyone try this New Rom Update yet? I came across a message that point me to Samsung website with the New Rom Update if you pick Singapore as the Country.

"i900DZHJ1_updater_vista.exe" for using Windows Vista. I have i900DXHH3 on my phone now and I am using At&t, should I upgrade to this one?

If you want to stick with DX roms choose Philippines as your country, its the same as the Singapore rom but without chinese language built in. I am using the Philippines rom at the moment on my phone which i bought in Singapore without problems.
