Omnia Dutch upgrade

Hello everybody,

For some time now there was only a language update online i900XKHJ3 for Dutch owners.

I didn't install it because it is only a language update for the PDA part.

But a couple days ago i found on an other site the i900XKHJ3_updater_xp_1117.EXE firmware.

This is an update for not only PDA language but also phone firmware.

Before i had

PDA: i900xkhh1/xkhh1

Phone: i900xxhh1

After i have

PDA: i900xkhj3/xkhj3

Phone: i900xxhi4

This is an easy upgrade, i did 2 omnia's whithout problems.

First impression is...

Bluetooth range is better.

Phone call sound is better.

Phone reception is better.

That's what i noticed so far.

Problem is that i can not use HSDPA / 3G anymore. Does anybody have the same problem? It will ony connect with GPRS.

In the connection tab there's a HSDPA icon, the function HSDPA is turned on.

Hope somebody can help.

I did a hard reset before update.

I wanted a clean device.

I don't know if this is needed but i just did.

Maybe if you try a hard reset, this may solve your problem.

Hi all,

I have a T-Mobile branded Omnia, and I would like to flash a Samsung-rom on it. I'm really beginning to detest the Web-'n-Walk logo's...

Is it possible to flash this ROM on it? I want a dutch version. My Omnia has the folling version:

PDA: i900XKHH4/ATHH5

Phone: i900BOHH2
