Cell information

All my previous phones were Nokia branded and had

the cell information option, which showed the

name/location of the base station, that i was connected to (info messages- topic/channel 50).

Is it possible to use this option on omnia?

One more question... is it possible to set omnia to

always notificate delivery report on sms?

Hi,

I tried out http://handheld.softpedia.com/progDownload...load-69264.html It works reasonably. You will need to enable cell broadcast first under settings->Personal->Phone->More->CB Messages...Get Settings. It has a Today screen plug-in but you will need to disable the Samsung Widget plugin.

For the delivery report open up messaging. when viewing a list of all your SMSs press Menu and then scroll down to tools and select Options... under tools. In the accounts tab you will see a list of accounts. Click on Messaging. You will see a page with Request Delivery notifications, check it and press ok.
