Well this is just odd

So when I have my phone in my car cradle it is upside down[1] the accelerometer sees the phone is upside down and corrects the screen so it appears rightside up. This works for all my apps too. Even when I go into the phone app it stays 'righted' However, as soon as I initiate the phone call, it swings to what would be rightside up, thusly flipping the screen. After the call it goes right back to knowing it is upside down and righting the screen.

Am I making any sense? :rolleyes: Can some others try this to see if the issue can be replicated? More a curiosity then an annoyance.

[1] the location of the cradle arms preclude charging if I have the phone in the upright position.

I have a similar problem with PaSSoA's M2D04 rom. The screen goes from portrait to landscape mode when I connect the phone with my usb cable. The odd thing is that i have disabled screen switching. But it doesn't botter me i just had to tell you that you're not alone.
