Omnia alarm sounds

Could anybody tell me if you can put new sounds for the alarm clocks? I have found the folders to put alerts and ringtones in for incoming calls and text and mms messages but not sure if I can or where to put them for the alarm clock. The ones that are in there just don't get me up in the morning. Thanks
